Recent Work
We recently hosted nine engaging pop culture workshops where stand-up comedians didn’t just perform—they became cultural translators. Each session broke down real comedy routines, unpacking the humor, slang, and subtle cultural references that often leave non-native speakers guessing. These gave the international students a fun, interactive way to boost their cultural fluency, and the positive feedback proved there’s real demand for learning American culture through laughter.
We also plan to organize fun social events like an American football watch party and Saint Patrick’s Day parade experience. These experiences give international students a chance to immerse themselves in real American traditions, guided by cultural insiders who explain the customs, conversations, and quirky details that make these moments truly American.
